Founded by Eric Hiatt in 2006, Reverse Focus was born out of real-world mortgage experience, not theory.

After successfully building, growing and exiting two mortgage banks, Eric understood firsthand the unique challenges mortgage professionals face when it comes to growth, lead generation, systems, technology and marketing. Reverse Focus was created to bridge that gap, providing mortgage businesses with tools and support specifically designed for the reverse mortgage and property finance industries.

For 20 years, Reverse Focus has remained deeply integrated within the reverse mortgage space in the United States, becoming synonymous with the world of reverse mortgages, HECM lending and mortgage business growth.

Over the years, Reverse Focus has worked with mortgage operations of all sizes, from some of the biggest names in the industry, including Finance of America and Mutual of Omaha, through to independent loan officers, brokers, branches and growing mortgage businesses across the country.
